- We take the fundamentals of good engineering practice, tailor them to work cost-effectively in customers' situations and write them up in high-quality, readable manuals[2]

- We support the roll-out of new working practices with tailored training courses to help staff understand not just what they have to do but why

- We work with customers to ensure that pilot projects on which new working practices are introduced are successful and that we learn as much as possible from them
To do this we draw upon our technical knowledge of:

Our domain knowledge is principally in:

- Air Traffic Control
However, we specialise in carrying good practice from one sector to another and so do work in other sectors.
